Prior to starting The Lucid Designer, William worked as a research & development scientist and technical writer in the pharmaceutical industry. He has presented his work to peers, and as a technical writer, has documented drug manufacturing processes complied with current industry and regulatory guidelines. These experiences taught him the importance of attention to detail, presenting data clearly to support ideas, and logically arranging information so the intended audience understands the concepts being discussed.

William is also a graduate of the highly acclaimed American Writers and Artists Institute, and has completed their Graphic Design for Success course specializing in direct response packages. In his spare time, William is an avid woodworker and motorcyclist.
